Bella Luna Restaurant

Wonderful local modern Italian with busy family orientated vibe. Excellent food served in functional bowls that prevent the food from cooling too quickly. Pretty plants on the ceiling and art work. Great sconces. It’s not a romantic venue as many bigger parties containing some noisy children. I would def go back as there were so many enticing dishes on the menu. Plus plus it was not cold unlike a lot of NYC restaurants. I can’t say how much it cost as we were treated by our companions.

This upper westside neighborhood gem is serving up some very delicious Italian meals for brunch, lunch and dinner. We came here on a Saturday afternoon for brunch and everyone here was so friendly, helpful and inviting. The ambiance was beautiful and the food was so fresh, vibrant and delicious. The cocktails was amazing especially the Yuzu Pistachio Delight. This is a place to celebrate all occasions or if you just want a really good place to eat. Thank you Ilia for the genuine hospitality and thanks to the staff especially our server Karina (Happy Birthday) who made some great recommendations with the food, drinks and dessert. 10 out of 10

We absolutely loved this place! We ordered the calamari and Bella Luna pizza; both delicious. Excellent service and the atmosphere was calm, quiet, and pleasant. We will definitely return.

Food was fabulous (except for the mashed potatoes, so don't get that!). However, as you can see from one of my photos, there was one waiter who was quite arrogant and obviously doesn't think beer should be served in the restaurant and just poured the beer into my dining partner's glass, on both occasions, and left half a glass of head. And then weirdly had to be asked twice to get us the bill. But the rest of the food was great, especially the Tiramisu, and the wine was lovely. My partner said the icecream was very creamy and one of the best he's ever tasted. Lasagne special was great, as was the prawn scampi. Food was so good, we will probably be tempted to go back & just insist Mr Blue shirted waiter isn't ours.

This was fantastic! Their linguine with meatballs is to die for! The atmosphere is very nice and open. I will definitely be coming back!

The Best veggie dish, Roasted Vegetables Napolian, I've ever had by far. Not sur how they did it but the seasoning was so delicious, unique, and unbelievably tasty. I cannot wait til I go back to have it again and again and again. Never thought Vegetables can taste this good.

A Delightful Dining Experience We had a wonderful time at Bella Luna! The food was absolutely delicious—from their fresh, vibrant veggie pizza to the classic Margherita, each bite was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The hospitality stood out just as much—friendly, attentive staff who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the desserts. The berry tart and the chocolate-coated ice cream slices were heavenly. We’ll definitely be back!
